To get users to activate in the product, Coda hosts these live interactive sessions. It takes place once every day so I don't have to wait for an entire week to get a session.
These sessions help get feedback where users get stuck so they can improve the product. Shared learning makes it more fun since it's time-limited. And it will also help with activation. In my case, I was nearing my free tier limit and then stopped using the product because a lack of a few features.
Email comes pre-filled when users sign up. The timing felt a bit late in the user journey though. But Coda does it so well that that all you can do is get inspired.
